About Sarah
The Story
Sarah has over 30 years of nursing experience in Bristol and Swindon with much of her experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Macmillan) in Oncology. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Cancer Care from the University West of England in 2010. It was her desire to improve patients' health and wellbeing, in a way the NHS was unable to, that led her to undertake a Nutritional Therapy Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Worcester. Sarah remains passionate about the NHS and continues to work in a senior nurse role. Her understanding of the NHS and insight into patient experience is hugely advantageous for clients who may need additional support in navigating often confusing care pathways.
Sarah will work closely with you to achieve your personal health goals. These could be to improve your energy; to manage/improve symptoms from a chronic condition or treatment being received; to manage weight or simply because you wish to eat more healthily and don't know where to start due to so much conflicting advice. It can be the simplest changes that produce the most beneficial results.
Sarah's support and guidance will help to keep you motivated to achieve the desired results.
Sarah would welcome a phone call from you should you need to ask questions.
